General Assessment

Recommendation of how and where to use it

This lovely book offers an excellent 'read aloud' activity in an early elementary classroom.  It could be used as a springboard for a discussion on actions that the class could undertake to combat climate change.  It could also serve as a resource to introduce Earth Day and guide related activities.
