Through interactive play on a life-sized game board, students are introduced to three of the most common greenhouse gases and their role in the natural and enhanced greenhouse effect. Teams add or remove greenhouse gases from their shared atmosphere to experience the effects of human actions.

The activity helps students understand those skills associated with analyzing cause and effect and hypothesizing as to the possible effects of selected actions. It also helps students analyze their ecological footprint.
