Description

The following resource includes instructions and interpretations for a game to be played in a gym or on a field that simulates the prey and predator relationship between polar bears and ringed seals. The purpose of the game is to demonstrate the impact of global warming and dwindling sea ice on these two populations.  The handouts provided can be printed from the site though pencils are required to fill them out. Other lesson aids include: hoops, cones, vests or pinnies, whistle, clipboards, and graph paper.
